The first stop is the End of the World Train station, just outside the park. Travelers who booked the train option ride into the park from here, and the rest of the group carries on by road. The End of the World Post Office there is often shut, so plan on a photo from outside instead of a passport stamp.

At Lake Acigami, still widely called Lake Roca, the group walks part of the shore, and on a clear day the guide can point out where the border with Chile runs along the far side. The drive then ends at Lapataia Bay, where a sign marks the southern end of Ruta Nacional 3 and the Pan-American Highway. Short walks between stops cover the park's plants, wildlife and geography, and the van then takes you back to your accommodation.
